dc.description.abstractThis paper evaluates different mitigation strategies to reduce the risks posed by aboveground storage tanks and the vulnerability of nearby communities. A framework integrating natural hazard exposure, structural vulnerability, and social vulnerability is proposed to investigate the effects and the viability of different mitigation strategies.
