dc.description.abstract | This report contains the documentaiton for twelve APL functions written to facilitate the solution of the Regulator Problem with Internal Stability (RPIS). These new functions draw on the library of APL functions assembled by Witold Gesing and document in [3]. Functions CPOLYN, HQR, POLESET, and SET from that library have been modified for use with the new functions. These modifications are also documented in this report. | en_US |
