The fact is recognized that there exists an argument as to whether there should be housing in conjunction with the college or not. This thesis is not a plea for or against college housing; but instead it takes a point of departure that recognizes that it does exist and is currently being expanded at a tremendous rate, It is therefore felt that this topic warrants this investigation. | |
