dc.description.abstractThis thesis demonstrates the principle of transformation, which is based on a contention that the creation of effective symbolic communication in the visual realm is a process of combining and modifying known visual elements to represent new conceptual meaning. The demonstration of the principle is in the form of an architectural schematic design.
