dc.description.abstractTeresa G. Hayes, MD, Ph.D. is Associate Professor Emeritus at Baylor College of Medicine.  From 2008 through 2016 she was Chief of Hematology-Oncology at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, TX. She is a medical oncologist and former clinical cancer researcher with an interest in radiation effects.  She has made several trips to the former Soviet Union for purposes of cancer education and collaboration. en_US
