This report measures perspectives on Houston's local economy, social issues and demographic changes. It notes greater support for government programs to close the inequality gap and for increased funding to improve public schools. It also shows Houston-area residents are "increasingly embracing the region's burgeoning diversity," as they grow more comfortable with interethnic relationships and accepting of immigrants. The report concludes by measuring the ongoing changes in political orientations and shifting views on the direction in which the country is moving.en_US
