The Next Generation Leaders (NGL) program supported young- to mid-career leaders seeking to contribute to and lead towards better biotic futures. Our cohort of Summit attendees voiced their visions for the future of biotechnology – many of which are reflected in this Entreaty. This Entreaty is an anthology of voices, reflections, poetry, prose, and original artwork from Next Generation Leaders. We choose not to write a consensus statement, instead supporting each individual voice and vision stand on its own through an anthology entreaty.engAttribution 4.0 International6.8 NGL Reflection AnthologyReportSOA_2025.6.8_NGL_Reflection_Anthologyhttps://doi.org/10.25611/9TC4-QD56https://orcid.org/0009-0003-0003-8113https://orcid.org/0009-0008-1790-7422https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2252-7017https://orcid.org/0009-0004-0441-2042https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7047-1682https://orcid.org/0009-0006-0929-2056https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4611-0021https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7702-2054https://orcid.org/0009-0008-6829-4582https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1289-5302https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6351-7352https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7232-5902https://orcid.org/0009-0009-7280-3981https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9897-7906https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1566-5024https://orcid.org/0000-0002-4698-6835https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3993-3153https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1627-8472
