Wright elaborates on the challenges of working in settings with limited resources as well as the social, medical, political and cultural impact of radiation on the communities he visited.Randy Wright is a retired healthcare administrator who was a member of The Methodist Hospital (TMH). His first position was as an administrator of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology.  Over time, he served in different executive roles including responsibilities for the for-profit programs, clinical support programs, and physician practice management programs. In 1995-96, he participated in the Houston-Semipalatinsk program as the TMH representative. He made three visits to the region and participated in the exchange program when Kazakh members came to Houston.
