(2020) Rice University and Kinder Institute for Urban Research: https://doi.org/10.25611/fzkt-y354.https://hdl.handle.net/1911/108070Over the span of 11 months, the Kinder Institute for Urban Research collaborated with various community partners such as LINK Houston, BakerRipley and the University of Houston's Psychological Health and Learning Sciences department to conduct a two-part assessment of the Near Northside neighborhood. This effort mirrors one conducted by the Kinder Institute and neighborhood partners in Gulfton in 2018. The first part of the assessment and the focus of this report revolved around a survey of community residents to gather input on street safety concerns of the neighborhood.
