She comments on living in the Soviet Union and the effect that the Chernobyl disaster had on the social and political climate of the former Soviet Union. Rozin also recalls her subsequent visits to Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine and discusses the lasting effects of radiation on the communities there.Sara Rozin has had fifteen years of management experience in public and private sectors in the areas of health education, disaster preparedness, and disease management, in both domestic and international healthcare settings funded by governments, non‐government agencies, and private industries. Her project management experience includes project design, needs assessment, implementation and evaluation, and budgeting.
