With less than a 1% vacancy rate in the area, they sleep in fields, cars or on the streets. There is a great need and current consensus to house them. In addition to the farm workers, over 5 million tourists visit the Napa Valley every year. I propose a structure to house 4 farm workers during harvest that is located at the winery at which they work.
