It is called the "Spin-echo" method. Experimental apparatus has been built to observe spin-echos in samples of water. The results of these experiments agree with the theory of the method. An extended discussion of experimental details is given in this thesis.54 ppengCopyright is held by the author, unless otherwise indicated.
